Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation for a scenic drive through the Atlas Mountains. Along the way, pass through small Berber villages and enjoy panoramic views of terraced fields, walnut groves, and mountain peaks.
Stop at a Local Argan Oil Cooperative
Your first stop will be at a women’s cooperative, where you’ll see how argan oil is made by hand and learn about its many uses in Moroccan cooking and beauty products.
Arrival in Imlil – around 10:30 AM
Arrive at Imlil village (1,740m altitude), a peaceful mountain community and the main gateway to Toubkal National Park. Meet your local mountain guide, who will take you on a guided hike through the valley, passing through Berber villages such as Aroumd and Taourirt.
Waterfalls and Panoramic Views
Enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning landscapes as you walk toward beautiful waterfalls and admire views of the surrounding peaks. Along the way, learn about Berber traditions, farming life, and local culture.
Lunch with a View
Stop for a traditional Moroccan lunch at a guesthouse or terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley — tagine, couscous, and mint tea are on the menu!
Return to Marrakech – around 5:30 PM
After lunch and some free time to relax, drive back to Marrakech in the late afternoon, arriving by early evening.
